When I first became a mom, I quickly realized that while the world seemed to focus on the baby, my own well-being was often forgotten. I was navigating a completely new chapter of life, and although I felt the joy of motherhood, I also experienced the overwhelming responsibility of caring for my baby and myself. It wasn’t long before I recognized that postpartum wellness wasn’t something that just happened — it needed to be planned and nurtured, just like preparing for birth itself.
That realization is what inspired me to create Navigating Postpartum Wellness, a platform where I help new moms like you approach postpartum with intention, support, and preparation. This phase is often referred to as the “fourth trimester,” and I believe it’s just as important, if not more, as the first three. Yet, so many of us enter it unprepared for the physical, emotional, and mental challenges we’ll face.
When I look back on my early days of motherhood, I wish I had the knowledge and support I now offer through my coaching. Those initial weeks and months were filled with love, but also exhaustion, confusion, and a sense of losing myself. It took time, but I realized that prioritizing my wellness was essential not just for me, but for my ability to show up as the mom and woman I wanted to be.

Building My Own Village
One of the hardest lessons I had to learn was that I couldn’t do it alone. We often hear about the importance of the village in raising children, but no one tells us that we need a village to support us, too. That’s why I focus on helping moms build their own network — whether it’s family, friends, or professional help — to get the emotional and practical support they need. It’s about creating a space where you feel seen and heard, and where you can openly share your struggles without judgment.
Creating My Own Wellness Plan
Through Navigating Postpartum Wellness, I guide moms in creating their own personalized wellness plans. This isn’t just about self-care in the traditional sense — it’s about making wellness a priority in every aspect of life. From learning to ask for help, setting boundaries, or finding time for yourself, you deserve to reclaim your sense of self and take charge of your mental, physical, and emotional health. My goal is for every mom I work with to feel empowered, confident, and ready to embrace this new chapter with strength.
What I Offer
Through my platform, I’ve created tools and resources that reflect the journey I’ve been through. One of the cornerstone offerings is my latest product, Nurturing the New Mom: A Guide to Postpartum Wellness. This guide is designed for moms who want to thrive during postpartum, rather than just survive. I provide practical tips, strategies, and a deep understanding of the challenges that come with this phase of life.
In addition to the guide, I offer personalized coaching. These one-on-one sessions are where we dive deeper into your unique situation. I’ll help you identify the support systems you need, prioritize your wellness, and rediscover your identity beyond motherhood. I know firsthand how transformative it can be to have someone who understands what you're going through and offers tailored support to guide you forward.
What You’ll Gain
When we work together, there are three main takeaways you can expect:
Perinatal Mental Health AwarenessI’ll provide you with essential knowledge about perinatal mental health disorders so that you can recognize and address any issues that might arise. Too often, moms struggle in silence, but with the right knowledge, we can change that narrative.
Prioritizing Your WellnessI teach you how to make your well-being a priority without guilt. Taking care of your emotional, physical, and mental health doesn’t just make you feel better — it makes you a better mom and partner, too.
Rediscovering YourselfMotherhood changes us, but it doesn’t mean we lose who we are. Together, we’ll explore how to reconnect with your identity so that you can be fully present for yourself and your family.
Why It Matters
Navigating postpartum isn’t easy, but it’s possible with the right support and resources. As I’ve seen with the moms I work with, when we invest in ourselves and build the right systems, we’re not only better equipped to handle the challenges of motherhood — we also set an important example for our children. We teach them that self-care is essential, and that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.
If you’re ready to feel more supported, confident, and in control of your postpartum journey, I invite you to check out Nurturing the New Mom: A Guide to Postpartum Wellness and explore how personalized coaching can help you thrive in this new chapter.
