Hi, I’m Jaree Williams. I see you, new mama—right in the middle of sleepless nights and long days, feeling like all you need is a moment for yourself, but unsure of where to begin. I’m here to tell you that your wellness matters just as much as your baby’s. It may feel like there’s no time for you between motherhood and work, but I’m here to show you that it’s possible to care for yourself, enjoy motherhood, and pursue your personal goals.

As a trained professional in maternal mental health, I’m dedicated to supporting new moms on their wellness journeys. My training equips me with the knowledge and tools to help you navigate the unique challenges of the postpartum experience.

I believe that every new mom deserves to feel balanced, fulfilled, and supported—not just surviving, but finding joy in motherhood and life. I’m also a follower of Christ and welcome conversations about faith. While it’s an important part of my journey, I never impose my beliefs on others. If you’re curious, I’m happy to share!

Through personalized coaching and resources, I help mothers find their new identities, prioritize self-care, and build a supportive community. I work with new moms like you to manage family life, focus on your well-being, and reach your personal and professional goals. You don’t have to choose between taking care of your baby and taking care of yourself—together, we’ll create balance in the areas that matter most to you.

I started this business because I saw too many new moms feeling overwhelmed and losing sight of their own needs and passions. My goal is to create a space where moms can regain their sense of self and find joy, both in their personal and professional lives.
